Does this reserve my date?+
Submit inquiry sends your event preferences to PEWA’s private owner dashboard for review. Availability is not connected to a live reservation calendar, and submitting does not hold a date or confirm a reservation. PEWA must confirm availability and booking terms separately.
How do minimum spends and deposits work?+
The private dining room hosts up to 25 guests, with its minimum F&B spend to be confirmed. The private dining room plus complete covered lanai hosts up to 50 guests with a $3,000 minimum F&B spend. A Full PEWA Buyout hosts up to 100 guests with an $8,000 minimum F&B spend. A 20% large-party gratuity is additional and does not count toward these minimums. Deposit amount, due date, application to the final bill, cancellation terms, taxes, and any room or setup fees will be confirmed in your event agreement.
Can we personalize the menu and drinks?+
Absolutely—use the food and beverage step to record preferences, dietary needs, a bar plan, and any special requests. Menu selections are requests until the kitchen and bar confirm the final event menu. Allergy accommodations must be discussed directly with the team.
What about a larger event or special setup?+
For up to 100 guests, choose Full PEWA Buyout or “Help me choose” and tell us about seating, accessibility, vendors, décor, AV, and setup needs. Final layout, exclusivity, access times, availability, and additional fees need a team review.
Where are my draft and inquiry stored?+
Your draft stays in this browser while you plan. “Save on this device” optionally stores it here, including contact details. Choosing Submit inquiry saves your contact details and full event summary in PEWA’s private system so the owner can review them. Clearing your browser draft does not remove an inquiry you already submitted. Downloaded summaries remain on your device.
